Conveyor Feed - Label Printer / Applicator

This system was designed for use with Printed Circuit boards up 18" square and is capable of applying multiple labels anywhere on the surface.  Using Allen Bradley motion control software and high resolution servo motors on two axis the placement is repeatable to with in .25 mm.

Multiple labels can be programmed with different information for each circuit on a single panel and can be serialized using Panel / Circuit numbers and other information to uniquely identify each circuit.  Each Label is verified before the next label is printed.  

Automatic parking at access entrance for ease of maintenance and media changes.

Dual Computers are used to handle motion and operator interface independently.  Allen Bradley Servo Control and PLC are used to for motion and machine I/O. A standalone PC is used for Database handling and Operator Interface.  A Viewtronics Touch screen with alphanumeric keypad popup is used to enter circuit board label configurations.  The Database is expandable to the limits of space available on the Hard Drive.

This unit is fully Automatic and includes SMEMA Standard interface for Upstream and Downstream Feed and Takeaway Conveyors.
